L. N. Pipkin Home - A. M. Seigler Funeral Home?

This is said to be the L. N. Pipkin home in Mulberry on the Florida Photo Archives website. I believe it also to be in front of the old Mulberry High School (pre-1956) and later (at least when we were going to high school there) A. M. Seigler Funeral Home. What a beautiful structure. Anyone want to comment? Please do.
