Grey Panthers Car Plate

Sue's kids gave her a Grey Panthers car tag for her birthday recently. This is Sue and her Grandaughter. The picture leaves a bit to be desired as it is a scan of a scan of the picture that was taken on the occasion. But anyway, you get the intent.
