Sally: "This came out today in the Raleigh Sports Section of the paper (fishing & hunting area). Sweet Donald sent it in ... I look so hickey ... I don't understand why he couldn't have sent in a sophisticated picture of me in a nice outfit to fit my TRUE nature ... Ha!"

'She's a keeper', Don Miles of Raleigh says of his wife, Sally, as their 49th wedding anniversary approaches on Sept. 1. On a mid-June outing in a rental boat at Lake Johnson, the couple, who met in seventh grade, caught a nice stringer of fish. Worms and crickets worked as the bait. 'She caught 'em, cleaned 'em and cooked 'em AND with grits and hushpuppies!' Don said.
